This interactive seminar is an in-depth learning experience on the principles of emotional intelligence and how it increases relational equity when your emotional quotient is raised. Participants account for their strengths and weaknesses and are given fundamental recommendations on how to turn it all around.

How to Extract the Leader workshop breaks down six classic challenges to leadership and threats to your influence. The session will identify steps to gaining and maintaining influence, employing emotional intelligence, and making thoughtful decisions by our interactive review of case studies based on the author's real-life examples captured in the book.
Facilitate with the leadership team as you set your goals, objectives, and lines of effort to make your company better positioned for success and competitive. Session includes a managerial evaluation, an internal organizational analysis, and strategy execution.
Apply the skills and tools necessary to facilitate team development and effectiveness, solve complex problems, pinpoint the root cause of conflict, and resolve issues between team members. Each learner will demonstrate the application of the benefits and challenges of teamwork, perform the necessary roles in a team, facilitate the stages of team development, conduct conflict resolution, evaluate potential causes of a problem, and develop multiple approaches to problem-solving and decision making

Collective resilience is the ability to overcome challenges, and then adapt and grow because of those challenges. Resilient teams are stronger together and they make organizational learning and change possible. Front-line supervisors build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose.
Middle managers facilitate the team’s ability to learn by analyzing team learning capacity, orienting on team goals, encouraging constructive dialogue, and building new mental models. We call this certification “coach” because middle managers are responsible for coaching their front-line supervisors to build resilient teams.
Senior leaders are responsible for cross-functional objectives and results. They may provide guidance and direction to one or more middle managers Senior leaders support the organization’s ability to learn by analyzing organizational learning capacity, promoting a shared vision, fostering knowledge emergence, and ensuring knowledge diffusion. We call this certification “trainer” because senior leaders are responsible for the leadership training of front-line supervisors and middle managers.
Seminars are intended to be one-on-one but can be modified for up to 5 attendees. The course can be held virtually or in-person
