I'm David Satchell—but you can call me Satch. I'm an executive coach, management consultant, and leadership developer with a passion for helping leaders and organizations perform at their best.
My perspective on leadership was shaped by 30 years of service in the United States Air Force, where I rose to the rank of Command Chief Master Sergeant and concluded my career at the Pentagon, advising the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff, and Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. Along the way, I earned my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Sociology, deepening my understanding of the human dynamics, behavior, culture, and performance.
After retiring, I joined Amazon, leading large teams in one of the world's most demanding and fast-moving environments. That experience reinforced something I had learned throughout my career: Leaders create the conditions for performance.
That belief ultimately led me to create CORE Leadership Consulting.
Today, as a published author, coach, consultant, and leadership developer, I help leaders better understand themselves, strengthen their teams, and build cultures where people can perform. That's what it means to Help Leaders Win at Work.
