Darrius is a professional behavior practitioner utilizing the DiSC assessment tool.  Darrius has 25+ years of service in the Air Force and is the Owner and Founder of St4y Ready Consulting.  Darrius has an incredible understanding of the science of personality.  Darrius is the one for the job.

David Satchell

As a coach with over 10 years of experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's in Human Resources.  I have worked with executives from diverse backgrounds and a litany of challenges.  Thank you for trusting us with your growth.

Our CEO and Founder

David Satchell is an experienced and proven leader in leadership development, team building, and coaching.   He served 30 years in the United States Air Force as a Command Chief Master Sergeant. Satch finished his military career as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. He founded CORE to continue his passion in leadership development.


CORE's guiding principles are earning trust, strengthening relationships, and maintaining a healthy organizational culture to influence performance, commitment, and ultimately discretionary effort.  CORE will assess, coach, teach, and motivate your leaders and teams to achieve this  end.  Don't wait to see if it will naturally happen--let me help you!
